ประกาศ (ประกาศ): ภาษาอังกฤษเรียกว่า “Announcement” หรือ “Notice”

ประเภทของประกาศ:

• ประกาศทั่วไป: General Announcement
• ประกาศภายในบริษัท: Internal Announcement
• ประกาศรับสมัครงาน: Job Announcement / Job Posting
• ประกาศผลสอบ: Exam Result Announcement
• ประกาศเตือน: Warning Notice

วลีที่ใช้บ่อยในประกาศ:

• ขอประกาศให้ทราบว่า: Please be informed that… / We are pleased to announce that…
• ด้วยความเคารพ: Sincerely, / Respectfully,
• จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ: For your information, / Please be advised that…
• ขอแสดงความนับถือ: Yours faithfully, / Best regards,
• โปรดทราบ: Please note that…

ตัวอย่างประโยค:

• “Please be informed that the meeting has been postponed.” (ขอประกาศให้ทราบว่าการประชุมได้ถูกเลื่อนออกไป)
• “We are pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Smith.” (เรามีความยินดีที่จะประกาศการเลื่อนตำแหน่งของคุณสมิท)
